Clients are able to book artists at the opposite location if none are available at the current location.
(Customer can also view an artist’s online portfolio before traveling to the location)
One important factor that makes us stand out is the importance we take in providing customer service.
* We provide touch ups to new work done in our shops even if the artist has left.
* We do follow ups with new tattoos for touch-ups usually within about 2 weeks.
Customers have the opportunity to have free pre-tattoo consultations with the artist to perform the work not just a counter person. You will always have face to face meets with your artist.
Customers receive gift bags providing aftercare products with care instruction, and local coupons, gift cards, and stickers.
